yesterday's post gratituesday - blessings

is it redundant to say i'm grateful for blessings?  i don't think so.  and even if it is, i guess i don't mind being redundant.  we are told in scripture to be thankful:
1 Thessalonians 5:18 ESV --Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Ephesians 5:20 ESV--Giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Psalm 107:1 ESV --Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!
Try to remember, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

I'm thankful to the Otter Pop for his service to me and my country. I am thankful to all those who ever have served in our military. It is a huge sacrifice!

finally logged out of the hubby's google account and into mine....I've been lazy about it and also wanted to comment on this. loved this post. it is sooooooo important to be grateful. no wonder there are so many scriptures references. when we're grateful it doesn't leave much room for negativity and all those other things that bring us down. wish that wasn't something i struggle with. :) but on the happy side, glad you guys got the royal treatment! it's fun to splurge on the stuff you don't normally get at restaurants...and even better that it was free! ...next time, invite us, we'll pretend we're your children too. can even act the part if it'd help.
:D
