Corn on the cob, green beans galore, tomatoes out the ding dong, peppers everywhere, cucumbers long, short, and even yellow round ones, scrambles of eggplants, rounds of delicious fresh melons, summer squash, basil, cilantro, some potatoes, kale, and a few onions.
My favorites besides just eating fresh raw veggies, have been -in no particular order-
BLTs!!!! Mmmmmmmmm! Even the kids had seconds!!
Fajitas!!! Even without the beef they were amazing!
And fresh homemade SALSA!
