Recipe for Gramma's Fried Chicken (by Great-Aunt Nita)

so, i said i'd post this recipe with pictures when i made it.  so i tried to be all artsy at dinner tonight.  it turned out scrumptious.  please enjoy.

we enjoyed this chicken with green peas,

and creamy mashed potatoes.

Creamy Mashed Potatoes:

boil the amount of potatoes (peeled or unpeeled, your choice) you want.  drain.

add 1 ranch packet mix, 1 8oz. container of sour cream, 1 8oz package of cream cheese, 2 Tbsp butter, some milk, and a good sprinkling of cheddar bacon seasoning (from Winco's bulk section).  smash,/mix/stir/etc.
