simply put, we'll be working on focusing on JOY this winter break. what a perfect time to do it, seeming that it's our saviour's birth-season. a time of joy. and... the kids are all home for two full weeks!

i've always reitterated, "others first, self last". maybe this joy lesson will sink in better.

We used to sing this song at church when I was a kid: Jesus and Others and You... what a wonderful way to spell JOY, Jesus and Others and You... in the life of each girl and each boy. J is for Jesus cause has first place, O is for Others we meet face to face, Y is for You, and whatever you do put your self third and spell Joy J-O-Y! MERRY CHRISTMAS [REHSELFS]!
