It's summer time & the weather is hot

Boy it turned from spring to summer and it has gotten HOT around here!  

The kids went to Yellowstone with nana.  Turbo, buttercup, & I went to a birth without fear meet-up.

I held a make&take essential oil class.

Wolfe had her wisdom teeth ripped out.

We had a week of vacation Bible school

and jones & binkles went to church camp.  

Wolfe got her real deal grown up driver's license!

We've had a few trips to the water park.  

We've had fun running through the "sprinkles" (as buttercup calls them).

Cousins came over over for over nighters!

It's hard for me to get anywhere with such a busy schedule.  But I did attend an oils in the garden class.  That was fun!

What a cute dude!!!  

4weeks old

Bubby Turbs is 4 weeks old today.  He has these amazing alert eyes that gaze into your soul.  His hair just keeps tinting orange and even now has me wondering if we'll have another redhead.  His eye brows and eye lashes aren't orange (yet) though...

He's smiling responsively a bit more each day and has let out a coo or two too.  Aw, what a doll!

Turbo is just about adjusted to being alive outside my womb although he still really really loves to touch and smell and be held by me.  And eat.  He loves my food I make for him.  We weighed him this morning and he is exactly 12 pounds 0 ounces.  That means he's gained 2 pounds in 2 weeks because he was still under 10 pounds at his circumcision appointment at 9 days old.  Wowsers!  

We do have another redhead though.  

Danke's parents came in on Saturday.  They met the family last night.  It was great!!!  I'm happy to extend our family with theirs!!!

And we're taking them dirt bike riding this afternoon.  A good event to celebrate Turbo's 4 week-niversary.
